John Fallis Balanced Ride Saddle.  Hand carved, padded 16 inch seat, some silver.  This is an excellent saddle for reining, pleasure, trail, etc.  It is a very comfortable saddle to ride.  The Fallis saddles currently are going for around $4500 so this is a real buy.  There aren't alot around because they aren't mass produced. 1986/87 John Deere AMT 600 (All Materials Transport) “Gator” type vehicle. 5-wheeler, motorcycle style steering with single front wheel, four ATV drive tires. Hydraulic dump style bed, great for manure, hauling debris, heavy loads, etc. This vehicle has been on my ranch S. of Franktown since new. Dump bed was custom sprayed with interior lining several years ago. Brand new Kawasaki FE250D AS-11 8 h.p. engine and new primary and secondary clutches. Five brand new tires in 2009.
